If you need to be screened to live at a property that is already occupied, (either as an Authorized Guest or Leaseholder) please fill out this online application. Please note that if you are applying to be an Authorized Guest, we do NOT need a copy of your pay stubs. We will be in touch with you via email and/or message as soon as we have made a decision about your application. The address listed on this application is our office address. Please add in your application who you are requesting to live with in the indicated portion. The application fee is $40 regardless of if you are applying as an authorized guest or lease holder.
